Rear disk on bike scratching frame work?
right, i have a Trek ticket 10 bike, i have had some problems with it like the stem coming so loose it has been moving completly out of place whilst riding, and also the rear wheel keeps moving out off place witch has has caused the disk to scratch the frame and the rear wheel has scratched the frame aswell, i was just wondering if the issue would be covered by the warrenty .. the bike is just over a month old, and the warrenty states that the paintwork is covered but i wasn’t sure if this would be resolved or i would just have to live with the scratched bike!
Who should i contact for the issue off the bike ?

Sounds like the bike wasn’t put together properly. I’d start with the store you bought it from and see if they will repair or replace it at no cost.
I’d go straight back to the shop.
Components may often need tightening after the first few rides. If you started feeling anything loose, go back to the shop and get them to tighten everything up.
In this case I’d DEFINITELY go back to the shop. Sounds like your bike hasn’t been correctly put together (assuming you haven’t crashed it, dropped it off the side of a mountain or been doing things you shouldn’t have with it). They should make good any defects, including the paint.
If they protest (which they most likely will) then get a second opinion.
